General Statement of Privacy - Effective 05 May 2021
Gopure Travel Agency, LLC, a Michigan corporation ("Gopure Travel") respects the privacy of those who visit our site(s) and/or mobile services.
This Privacy Policy applies to Members, consumers and business visitors visiting the websites of Gopure Travel Group, including GopureMichigan.com, TravelpureFlorida.com, TravelpureMichiagn.com, and any additional sites associated with 'Gopure Travel' or 'The Gopure Travel Group'.
A. Information We Collect
When you visit one of the websites mentioned above, our Web server automatically recognizes the domain name of your computer or Web-enabled device. We collect information that you voluntarily share when you complete an online registration form, respond to a survey, request visitor information, enter a contest, make a purchase, or make postings to bulletin boards or chat areas on our sites or via other website transactions. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address and payment information.
By voluntarily providing personal information, you are consenting to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Gopure Travel site or other online or mobile services will be considered your consent to the use of your personal information in the manner described.
When you make a purchase on one of our websites, we will collect the additional contact and payment information, payment history, profile and preference information that you provide. We may also collect information on what pages you access or visit, as described below.
B. Use of Information by Gopure Travel
Gopure Travel uses information collected about visitors to our websites to:
- Fulfill purchase and other requests made by visitors;
- Provide benefits of membership, including non-promotional Gopure Travel communications;
- Improve the content of our websites customize the content, advertising and/or layout of Web pages for individual visitors;
- Contact members and those who visit our sites about new Gopure Travel products and services or upcoming events; notify visitors about updates to our websites;
- Contact visitors for marketing purposes;
- Disclose information, when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation;
And to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our websites and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our websites.
C. The use and disclosure of personal information will be strictly limited to the purpose for which it was collected, as identified above.
Gopure Travel may share information collected through our websites with agents or contractors authorized solely to perform services on our behalf, such as providing support for our internal operations. The information which may be disclosed to third parties is only that which is authorized by Gopure Travel, or required by law. Information transferred to these parties will be isolated to strictly that information required to fulfill the third party's responsibilities, and will be returned or disposed of upon completion of the third party contract.
Note that we will automatically discard personal information, and cease all communication with any person who has not had any transactions with Gopure Travel for two or more years.
D. Third Party Links
Gopure Travel's various sites and mobile services may contain links to other websites. While we try to link only to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by other websites, and those other websites have not agreed to our privacy policy. Visit those websites for information regarding their privacy policy prior to providing personal information. The links we provide on GoPure Travel's site(s) are here for your reference and convenience. We do not control any of these websites, nor are we responsible for their content. GoPure Travel does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators by including these links on GopureMichigan.com or our related sites and/or mobile services. If you decide to access any of these websites you do so entirely at your own risk and you should be aware that upon using these links you may leave GoPure Travel's site(s).
We do not rent email addresses to third-party organizations. From time to time, GoPure Travel may also share information collected through our websites with other reputable third-party organizations whose products or services we feel may be of interest to you or to deliver on our behalf advertisements to you on other Websites you visit. However, please note that we do not share email addresses with third-party organizations for their marketing purposes, instead, we may occasionally send you messages from reputable third-parties on their behalf, and you will be able to opt-out of future third party offers if you choose to opt-out as set forth below.
We may allow advertisements to be placed on our websites by third-party organizations. Those organizations may collect web-reporting data on their placed advertisements.
E. Children
GopureMichigan.com does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe that GopureMichigan.com has Personally Identifiable Information about anyone under the age of 13, please contact us at Privacy@GopureTravel.com.
F. Use of Cookies and Browser-Level Information
A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a website can store in a designated file on your computer or Web-enabled device. Cookies can be used, among other things, to identify your computer or device, sometime across multiple devices, when you log into a website and may track your IP address (which provides general location data).
When you visit our websites, we use cookies to collect aggregate information on the number of visitors to our site and the number of pages viewed. While Gopure Travel does analysis of its website logs to monitor the flow of traffic and make improvements to the sites content, its website logs are not personally identifiable, and no attempt is made to link them to individual visitors to this site. This information is used only by Gopure Travel and its agents or contractors and is not shared with any third-party companies. Our service providers may use tracking tools such as cookies to track your IP address in order to monitor how effective our advertisements are at inspiring you to GoPure Travel. If you wish to opt out of cookies that allow us to serve our advertisements while you are in Orlando, and collect aggregate information on arrivals, disable cookies.
If you register through one of our websites, we place a unique identifier cookie that is used to maintain your "sign on" status for the duration of your visit to the site, customize or tailor your visit and to store your user preferences for that site over time. We may also use cookies to track the pages visited so that we can deliver web content based on a visitor's profile (as provided by the visitor) and the visitor's past activity on that site. G. Clickstream Data
We collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements through access logs. This information is not personally identifiable and is used for website and system administration, including research and development, user analysis and business decision-making.
"How do I opt out?": Choices about Data Collection and Use
By providing Gopure Travel with your email address you provide Gopure Travel with your implied consent to receive email communications about new Gopure Travel products and services, third party offers we may send you, or other promotional Gopure Travel communications.
If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may opt-out by sending an email request to Privacy@GopureTravel.com. In your email, please indicate which mode(s) of communication you would like to opt-out of (postal mail, email or telephone contact). If you are visiting other websites and see an advertisement from Gopure Travel, there will be an opportunity to opt-out of future Gopure Travel ads on that site as managed by the third party provider through its opt-out function.
Please note that Gopure Travel Members who opt-out of promotional Gopure Travel communications will continue to receive non-promotional Gopure Travel communications via email that are otherwise provided as conditions of membership. H. Access and Correction

Gopure Travel may request that you supply enough information to enable us to account for the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Upon a request for access to information, we will undertake to respond within thirty (30) days, and no longer than sixty (60) days, of the receipt of your request. Gopure Travel reserves the right to refuse any request for information which:
- Would reveal personal information about another individual;
- Seeks disclosure which is prohibited by law;
is protected by solicitor-client privilege;
- Seeks disclosure which is prohibited by law;
- Would reasonably be expected to harm an individual's life or security;
- Was generated in the course of a formal dispute resolution process;
- Would, in Gopure Travel's opinion, be inappropriate.

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving payment and other sensitive data. We have security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from or about you.
J. Changes to This Privacy Policy
You agree to regularly review this Agreement and to review the most current Privacy Policy. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. Gopure Travel reserves the right in its discretion to change the Privacy Policy at any time and your continued use of the Site thirty (30) days after the posting of any amended Terms of Use shall constitute notice as well as your agreement to be bound by any such changes.
